 Strategic Sourcing LeadershipDevelop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet business requirements and drive cost savingsProvide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams on sourcing strategies and supplier managementCollaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies Supplier Relationship ManagementDevelop and manage complex supplier relationships, including negotiation of contracts and resolution of issuesIdentify and mitigate supply chain risks, including vendor non-performance and compliance issuesCollaborate with suppliers to develop and implement quality and performance improvement plans Contract ManagementDevelop and manage high-value contracts, including negotiation of terms and conditionsEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, including payment terms and delivery schedulesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract requirements are met
Category ManagementDevelop and manage category strategies across multiple commoditiesAnalyze market trends and provide recommendations for category optimizationCollaborate with suppliers to develop and implement category-specific solutions
