Sourcing Manager

Make It Matter.** This is an exciting role where you will learn to use market insights and data analysis to work with different partners to start and shape new market trends. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes. **How you will contribute** + Lead regional strategy development and planning, analyze spend data and understand the business needs, provide sub-regional market and supplier insights to maximize opportunities, develop and/or execute sourcing strategy with implications on the region (e.g. productivity, cash, revenue), lead the supplier negotiation strategy at regional and global level + Prepare and plan for any of the regional bids, and co-lead regional or global negotiations, actively engage in local key initiatives (aggregate demand, construct bid packages, and lead sourcing through suppliers around the region) especially negotiations to ensure value levers are effectively played + Lead contract implementation and drive contract compliance as per globally agreed Procurement policies for selected multi-regional/regional Spend Areas, work in close collaboration with regional and local Procurement operations in order to ensure local acceptance of new contracts and extended value generation to increase customer satisfaction, coordinate contract implementation tasks with regional and local Procurement operations and users + Drive supplier relationship and risk management, continuously track supplier performance according to defined framework, lead supplier development activities, set-up cross functional review meetings with suppliers in order to improve performance and further reduce cost, proactively identify supply continuity risks and develop mitigation plans **What you will bring** + University degree in relevant area + At least 4 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain (experience in direct Procurement preferred) + Strategic Sourcing experience preferred + Projects management + Negotiating, influencing and building collaborative relationships **Relocation Support Available?** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
