Responsibilities The Opportunity We’re looking for a dynamic Sourcing Planner to optimize our supply network, balancing service, cost, and capacity constraints. In this role, you’ll work closely with PepsiCo Foods North America Platform Owners, Industry Managers, and Raw Material Planners to create and maintain supply plans using SAP S4/HANA tools. You’ll analyze data, run simulations, and drive sourcing strategies for finished and semi-finished goods. Your Impact As Sourcing Planner your responsibilities would consist of Ensure data accuracy and maintain network optimization tools. Develop production and sourcing plans with cross-functional teams. Run scenario analyses and recommend strategies for raw material shortages. Monitor and adjust inputs to improve network optimization results. Collaborate across teams to align sourcing strategies with inventory and capacity constraints. Support key processes like S&OP, AOP, and innovation projects by providing actionable insights. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For?
