The Sourcing & Procurement Contract Specialist in Manila is a role which will be responsible for sourcing and contract management of current and new frame agreement within various categories. The purpose is to ensure compliance, generate cost savings and operational efficiency.

Main Tasks:

Run sourcing processes, conduct negotiations and tendering of D,C (and partly B) suppliers of HLNG. Establish frame agreement with selected supplier in accordance to HLNG sourcing process. Perform supplier relationship management of supplier in scope. Develop, implement, monitor and report status and performance measurements that demonstrate value and ensure supplier performance. Contract Management of procurement frame agreements including making one pager to summarize commercial terms and conditions. Collaborate with main stakeholders to align on sourcing activities. Monitor and report savings.
