ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a talented and committed Sourcing Recruiter for our EU Recruiting team based at our Berlin location to play a critical role in supporting Audible's growth and additional hiring requirements and will participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives.
We have a collaborative team environment and a strong customer obsessed culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and candidates.
ABOUT YOU
You must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. You thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.
This position is initially open through a contract role lasting 12 months.
As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will...
- Partner with hiring teams to deveop and implement effective sourcing stratgeies for generating a high-quality candidate pipleline.
- Recruit passive candidates and use the mentality of “profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
- Utilize research and social media recruiting skills to market roles, attract talent and build online communities
- Manage the entire sourcing lifecycle from initial candidate identification to evaulation within an appropriate and consistent timeline
