We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter (Contract) – Construction. You will partner with a team of recruiters and leaders in New England to create a candidate pipeline of Construction Project Managers, Construction Superintendents, and Construction Estimators. You will be sourcing using various channels to look for potential construction candidates and contacting active and passive construction candidates to build talent pipelines. If you have solid networking and influencing skills, know how to source on social media, welcome challenges, and are goal-oriented, we would like to talk with you.
Responsibilities
Source, Identify, engage, and assess top-quality construction candidates.Build & maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks.Strong passive applicant sourcing experience - this is one of the most competitive industries there is - you will have to find the best and engage them in discussion about their individual career interests. Qualifications 5 years of experience as a Recruiter and SourcerExperience in construction or a related field is highly preferred.Hands-on experience with Recruiting and Sourcing Techniques. (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).Experience with an Applicant Tracking System - we use iCIMS and professional networks like LinkedIn and Indeed.Effective Time Management and Organization Skills Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
