Boeing is currently seeking to recruit a Sourcing Recruiter (m/f/d)to be based in Neu-Isenburg or Hamburg, Germany.
The candidate will support our Engineering, Test & Technology (ET&T) portfolio across Europe. This is a critical role within our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team and will support global growth projects, geo-diversification efforts and new program wins. In this role you will focus on sourcing and recruiting the best engineering talent across Europe and other global regions.
This position is onsite, based in our Neu-Isenburg or Hamburg office
Position Responsibilities:
Research talent markets and build talent sourcing strategies that capture, engage and maintain top, diverse talent pipelinesExecute against strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure all hiring targets are met on timeAttend and lead intake sessions for new positions and projects and be accountable for requisition management activitiesOwn external sourcing activity for the engineering function; maintain strong talent pipeline healthLead all aspects of initial candidate screening process (phone screen, candidate preparation, screening interview, feedback review)Deliver exceptional candidate experienceCreate and foster deep business relationships with all stakeholdersResponsible for high level of data integrity on all activitiesSee the value in every person, diversity & inclusion at the heart of what you do!Collaborate with GTA leadership on how to enhance sourcing capability across the enterpriseEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Significant experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition within technical or IT marketsDemonstrable experience of building Boolean search strings and maintaining talent pipelinesUnderstands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets ‘Always people first’; focus on candidate experience and delivering an outstanding serviceBusiness relationship building, collaborative approach to building relationshipsInquisitive with a proactive approach to problem solving, strategic mindsetUnderstands the value of data to inform decision makingExcellent communicator, fluent in both English and GermanyPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Culturally aware; comfortable working across many geographiesUses collaborative relationships to achieve goalsEye for detail and commercially awareDigital literacy, values technologyExperience using Workday and Avature would be an advantage but is not essentialRelocation:This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
