Procurement GCM for IT category, in charge of specific IT category procurement, include:
1. supplier sourcing and selection for stakeholder's purchase requirement.
2. Pricing negotiation to get competitive pricing for company.
3. Contract T&C negotiation/approval process/signature.
4. Procurement system management and fulfillment;
5. Procurement data management and analysis.
6. Follow procurement process to ensure business compliance.
7. Procurement process optimization opportunity.
