The Sourcing Specialist provides operational support to internal Marketing teams in Korea (and other markets within Asia Pacific as required), in the sourcing, acquisition, use, and ongoing management of a variety of Marketing providers, including but not limited to, advertising, media, creative, strategic, PR, experiential and digital agencies.
The Sourcing Specialist supports internal teams on selecting, negotiating, and contracting, as well as driving performance metrics, compliance, and best practices.
The Sourcing Specialist, provides greater opportunity to drive Global strategic priorities including HHG implementation, S2P, Agency Relationship Management, Supplier Diversity and Sustainability within Asia Pacific (APAC).
Marketing Services
Support and lead, when necessary, the negotiation and contracting process for agencies, in close consultation with all relevant internal stakeholders Actively participate in efficient and effective RFPs on behalf of and in support of marketing teams.
Marketing Materials
First point of contact within market for any escalations relating to preferred provider performance. Attending relevant supplier / stakeholder meetings. Monitor and analyze market spending and address policy violations with support of senior management. Manage ongoing supplier relationship management with preferred providers.

ATL and BTL Agencies (Strategies, Creatives, Activations, Media, Research, Design, etc) Preferred POS / VAPs partnersQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred. 2-3 years' of experience with Procurement, specifically Marketing-related. Experience in understanding functions in external agencies. Working knowledge of the full Purchase to Pay cycle. Some previous experience in performing agency assessments is a plus. Must demonstrate knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to the agency/services sector and other vendors. Fluent in Korean and Business English is critical. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Ability to influence others within the business and develop partnerships with internal customers. Highly collaborative. Highly motivated and proactive self-starter with a strong drive to initiate projects independently and achieve results with minimal supervision. Flexible and solutions-oriented mind-set.
