Job DescriptionTo manage and drive the execution of sourcing, in partnership with the relevant stakeholders, enabling effective supplier and contract management. To implement and oversee the measurement and evaluation of the supplier base, within allocated category, with the goal of minimising costs and optimising benefit while ensuring suppliers are sourced in line with Preferential Procurement targets.
QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply ChainExperience Required
A proven track record in procurement ,contracting and must have with strong negotiation skills.An ability to effectively communicate & engage with multiple and varied senior internal and external stakeholders.Knowledge & understanding procurement procedures & methodologies Must have good strong planning and analytical skills5 - 10 years experience in Sourcing/Procurement of IT Software (Not Negotiable)Must have strong stakeholder engagement skillsExperience in cost analysis and managementExperience with corporate procurement implementation & track record of having worked in complex organizations.Additional InformationBehavioural Competencies:
