Role description: Execute end-to-end purchase of goods and services to support turnaround time Serive agreements and operate and promote the use of P2P systems for key processes in procurement and supply.

Category Sourcing

Execution of end-to-end sourcing process, or some parts thereof, which covers: Liaising and aligning with internal stakeholders to review and clarify requirements & develop appropriate specifications Conduct and/or support Supplier Account Managers in supplier selection, qualification, negotiations, and contracting Manage tenders and/or oversee the development of supply agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, purchasing agreements, framework agreements, etc. Contribute to the building, monitoring and reporting of a Category Sourcing Strategy and create a complete project end to end reporting overview Perform data analysis on category spend visibility and other relevant procurement analytics activities Perform Supplier consolidation list updates and local content execution in coordination with Procurement Data team Consistently engage with colleagues from Procure-to-pay (P2P), to influence and collaborate on category spend and consolidation targets Ensure stakeholder and team awareness of project (category strategy) specific requirements Ensure supplier consolidation to optimize the supply chain by focusing on cost outs/spend, category strategy development, and roadmap implementation in collaboration with category team members Maintain a comprehensive understanding of KPIs set by Global Sourcing regarding category spend, regularly contributing to performance improvements to meet organizational targets

Procure to Pay

Ensures Purchase Orders (POs) are issued in accordance with Arcadis’ Procurement policy buying requirements Perform purchase agreement control tasks including modify, cancel, close, finally close, freeze, and hold Create and manage purchase agreements and catalog content including catalogs, category hierarchy, content zones, information templates, map sets, public shopping lists, and smart forms Perform purchase agreement administration tasks including importing agreements from external applications, applying retroactive price changes, reassigning agreements from one agent to another

Key shared accountabilities:

Query Management: Provides technical fiduciary advice on procurement activities and engages in policy dialogue to strengthen procurement systems Run reports and analyze purchase requisition and purchase order transactional information to monitor spend and pricing arrangements in commercial agreements

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain or Procurement related degree an advantage Basic knowledge of IT ERP systems and databases, preferably Oracle, desired but not mandatory. At least 3-5 years of relevant Procurement experience  Experienced in using Microsoft Office suite. (Experience in maintaining data management is preferred.) Experience working in Shared Services is an advantage Effective communication skills (written and oral) Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
