Responsibilities Position is resonsible for leading culinary staff daily for smooth shifts and top-notch service & managing station breakdowns, inventory, and purchasing. You will also be tasked with overseeing recipe assembly, ensuring quality and accuracy. It is important that you are someone who is capable of ensuring that the kitchen adheres to health standards and safety procedures. Lastly, we would love for you to join our team if you are a real Canyon Ranch aficianado! This is a great role for someone who is ready to embrace the Canyon Ranch food philosophy and be the go-to for guest queries. Qualifications 1-2 years management/supervisory experience is required, preferrably in a restaurant or hotel, & preferably in fine dining 2-3 years work experience in related field is required Serve Safe Manager Certification within 6 months of Hire.
