Sous Chef

Minimum Qualifications:
Professional supervisory experience
Experience with high volume food service operations or fast private food service operations
Experience with display cooking and presenting menus to guests
Experience with effectively training employees
SERV Safe certification or the ability to obtain certification within one (1) year of employment (Employer provides)
Must have the ability to maintain a positive attitude and be able to work with a diverse workforce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
