On behalf of our client, a prestigious VVIP operation based in the Middle East, we are recruiting for a Sous Chef on a permanent basis. As the Sous Chef you must have experince managing a team of staff and have good knowledge of health and safety management.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a sous chef in an inflight catering kitchen, Michelin-starred restaurant, or 5-star hotel. Experience in composing rotable menus at short notice Experience in Western cuisine. Open to Travel at short notice Someone who is good at working under pressure
