Responsibilities Assists with managing the daily operations of the kitchen, establishes goals for the culinary services department, and trains the kitchen staff regarding food preparation and handling.Create menus that drive resident meal satisfaction. Serves meals based on residents’ preferences. Promotes food safety and sanitation. Actively participates in all culinary trainings and welcoming and onboarding new hires. Commitment to quality service, food quality, and trend knowledge. Two years in a cooking role.Qualifications Preferred
