What you’ll do:Prepare and cook meals to agreed standards, ensuring quality and consistency.Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain efficiency.Maintain high levels of food hygiene and safety, adhering to company and statutory regulations.Assist the Chef Manager in menu planning, stock control, and budgeting.Investigate and respond to customer feedback, ensuring continuous service improvements.Ensure all kitchen equipment is used and maintained safely.Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment.What you bring:Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef in a high-volume kitchen.Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and mentor the kitchen team.A deep understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and stock management.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.A passion for great food and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.What We Offer
