Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking for a Sous Chef to join the Pavyllon Restaurant and Bar Antoine by Yannick Alléno team.

Chef Yannick Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 15 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience. 

What you will do:

The Sous Chef holds a management position within the kitchen department, working closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef and is responsible for supervising the day-to-day running of the kitchen in the Hotel. The management of food costs and production control are important to reduce wastage in addition to the culinary training that the Sous Chef provides for all kitchen employees on a daily basis.

What you bring:

Solid knowledge of food and a passion for developing management skills within the hotel industry.

Creativity, flair, and the ability to provide guidance to others.

Strong business acumen and a strong work ethic.

4-6 years of operational kitchen experience with diverse culinary expertise.

Proven track record in different dining concepts.

Supervisory and management experience required.

Culinary qualifications essential.
