Key Accountabilities

Prepares all items according to Peninsula guidelines and standards with the assistance of the Chef on duty Maintains the work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner Enthusiastic about Bakery, maintains a positive attitude and a professional disposition

General Requirements

Enthusiastic about Chinese cooking Overall knowledge of Chinese cooking with specialty Have working experience in 5-star hotel or equal Chinese Restaurant as Manager and above for more than 10 years Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude
