Among the key duties of this position are the following: Oversees food production, ensures that all food is produced in a timely manner to meet needs, and presents in an attractive and appealing style. Oversees kitchen personnel in the production of hot and cold food, in the cleaning of food preparation areas, and in the control of food costs.
