What will I be doing? As a Sous Chef, you will manage kitchen operations and support the Executive Chef. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n

·        Supervise and manage the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef.

\n

·        Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.

\n

·        Monitor kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

·        Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.

\n

·        Strong leadership and organizational skills.

\n

·        Creativity and passion for culinary arts.

\n

·        Excellent communication skills.

\n

Start Date: February 15, 2024
Contract Duration: 2 months (2 weeks before Ramadan, 2 weeks after Ramadan)
