Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally’s jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).
The RoleCoordinates activities of and directs training of chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers engaged in preparing and cooking foods to ensure an efficient and profitable food service by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors
Responsibilities Manages subordinate supervisors who supervises other employees. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Also directly supervises non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for menu design. Oversee the processes of ordering, inventory, budgeting, profit / loss control, production, and execution of all food areas. Administer the development of recipe standardization. Responsible for new product analysis, cost comparison and payroll projections. Conduct personnel interviews and training development/procedures. Delegate and oversee all kitchen activities. Perform and delegate tasks from director.
