We are looking for a talented and well-experienced **Sous Chef** who will ensure the smooth and efficient running of The Cellar kitchen. You will be overseeing food preparation and logistics, managing an efficient kitchen team, diligently monitoring inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ordering, as well as implementing policies and procedures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with guests and finds satisfaction in managing a kitchen that brings a rich and cultured experience.
