South East Asia Financial Lines Underwriting Manager

Purpose of the Role

Accelerate the Financial Lines growth in South East Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Phillippine as main focus)

Responsibilities

Exceed financial goals, P&L for S.E.A Set up strategy for protiable gorwth and execute to make S.E.A team to become the market leader  Underwrite S.E.A Financial Lines risk  Manage all Financial Lines risk referrals from S.E.A underwriters Work with countries underwriters for all type of underwriting supports including, but not limited to risk analysis, supporting to prepare for referrals, seizing all market opportunities, doing regular training for skill enhancement Bring  strong relationships with key FL producers, understanding their unique needs and providing appropriate guidance and solutions and expand distribution channel Engage with key local clients, growing long-term risk management partnerships Represent Chubb at key industry events, showcasing our knowledge and capabilities in India or Singapore Support regional Financial Lines team 7-10 years experience mandate in Financial Lines underwriting Excellent level of knowledge and understanding for all Financial Lines product including D&O, PI, Crime, Medmal and FI  S.E.A Financial Lines market experience is preferred Proven track record of business development and excellence on achieving profitable revenue growth  Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with country underwriters, head office, distribution partners such as brokers, agents, and intermediaries. Track record of effectively managing key accounts, negotiating terms and conditions, and delivering exceptional service to clients Risk Assessment Skills: Strong analytical and critical and logical thinking skills to assess risks accurately, identify potential exposures, and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Strong rationale and creativeness to develop new products and coverages by local market needs . Experience in conducting thorough risk inspections and effectively communicating risk-related information to stakeholders Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams, external partners, and clients. Especially interaction with local team is critical. Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with colleagues in product development, claims, and other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions and support to clients
