Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a SOX Auditor in Coppell, Texas, 75019, United States. The role focuses on performing SOX reviews within the Retail industry. As a SOX Auditor, you will be required to multitask and communicate effectively while working remotely. Remote SOX Tester (contract position): Responsibilities: • Conducting SOX reviews for the Financial Operations group • Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for various tasks • Adapting to repeatable process testing • Comprehending the subject of testing and identifying necessary changes • Working autonomously with efficiency and effectiveness • Ensuring compliance with business process functions • Applying knowledge of the Coso Framework and CobiT during auditing tasks • Utilizing Archer and Eaton in daily operations • Ensuring all accounting functions are performed correctly. Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in the retail industry as a SOX Auditor • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for this role • Knowledge and experience in using Archer software is a must • Familiarity with CobiT is required • Experience with Eaton software is considered an asset • Must have a strong understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Solid grasp on Accounting Functions is necessary • Proven experience in Auditing is needed • Must be well-versed in Business Process Functions • Strong knowledge in Compliance is required • Understanding and experience with the Coso Framework is necessary Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
