This Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Program Manager position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SOX projects, including driving value to the business, overseeing project quality, and ensuring execution excellence.

**Responsibilities**
+ Manage a portfolio of SOX projects. Direct, counsel, oversee, and instruct vendor teams.
+ Ensure competent and sufficient engagement resources, with relevant skills to meet SOX testing objectives.
+ Ensure clear and concise reporting of SOX controls tested. Analyze and advise management on whether their planned actions will mitigate identified risks. For example, reviewing issues and management responses.
+ Contribute to clear and concise analysis of SOX testing results to report trends and blind spots for leadership and the Board of Directors. Support drafting the quarterly audit report for the Audit Committee.
+ Leverage internal partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals and increase business acumen.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
+ OR equivalent experience.

+ Citizenship verification: This position requires verification of citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, and as a condition of employment, the successful candidate’s citizenship will be verified with a valid passport.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years of demonstrated work experience in audit or a combination of auditing and other experience that includes progressive and diversified industry experience in audit, SOX, controls and compliance, controllership, and/or program management.
+ Proven project leadership with demonstrated skills in overseeing effective, and self-directed teams.
+ Proven project management skills, with a track record of effectively managing projects in highly dynamic and matrix environments.
+ Demonstrated communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages to leadership teams.
+ Ability to communicate highly technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Knowledge of COBIT (Control objectives for Information and related Technology), Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Internal Audit Standards.
+ Demonstrated experience in driving innovation in program development and delivery.
+ Knowledge of generally accepted auditing standards and accounting principles.
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
