Job description :

Reporting to the Director of Scientific Affairs / PQR (QPIC), the Scientific Affairs Specialist, PQRS (AQPIC), is responsible for overseeing the quality of daily activities carried out in the warehouse, as well as in the controlled substances vault and cage. In this role, you will have a direct impact on controlled substance operations, ensuring their compliance and efficiency.

What you'll do on a daily basis:

Support QPIC in the management of controlled substance licenses: renewals, updates, additions/withdrawals of activities and personnel (English required, as documentation must be written in French and English); Monitor, interpret and apply the terms and conditions of controlled substance licenses and regulations; Manage inventory, customer orders, and monthly controlled substances documentation and activity reports; Oversee the receipt, shipment, destruction and inventory control of products in compliance with Health Canada standards; Prepare permit applications, import/export declarations and loss/theft reports, in compliance with legal requirements; Participate in audits, training and meetings, and collaborate with departments to ensure process compliance.

Skills and qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in science or related field of study. Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, mainly in the management of controlled substances. Apply
