About the role:

The Spa Attendant will share our passion for excellence and will be enthusiastic about creating a memorable guest experience. The Spa Attendant will be a part of a diverse and dynamic team which provides award-winning service to our valued guests. This position reports to the Spa Manager.

A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort.

What you will do:

Maintain a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environmentSets-up and maintains spa treatment rooms; locker rooms, steam & sauna, toilets, treatment rooms, pre-treatment area, waiting area, relaxation room and replenishments of refreshmentsHandle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; reports customer complaints to manager immediately; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with spa servicesAssist guests to their appointments as they relate to the Spa servicesAssist therapists with set-up and breakdown of their respective treatment areasEnsure all operational and guest supplies are fully stocked at all times (massage oils, linen, terry items, etc)Retrieve fresh linen and terry items and deliver dirty linen and terry itemsClean treatment rooms and all spa areas and keeps these well maintained at all timesGive tours of The Spa facilities to guests, has them registered and is familiar with hotel services and hours of operationPrepare juices and cold teas for guest consumption.Maintain the strictest hygiene standards in drink preparation in the juice bar.Have the ability to do any other duties’ that may be required from time to time to ensure the smooth operation of The Spa.

What you bring:

Passed O Levels1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Spa/Housekeeping servicesTechnical education in Hospitality or Spa is preferredPossess excellent English, math and psychometric abilitiesPossess aptitude and upward mobility
