About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Attendant to join our Talise Spa team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

To check and set up the daily operations of the male/female spa according to Jumeirah standards. To replenish all necessary items in male/female spa promptly.  To greet the guest upon entering the male/female spa.  To maintain the water in the male/female spa areas.  To provide service promptly, courteously and accurately.  To request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.  To evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the Assistant Spa Manager/Head Attendant.  To ensure the cleanliness of the spa and own treatment room.  To ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition.

About you: 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Spa Attendant preferably with an international luxury hospitality company Strong customer service orientation Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity Knowledge in spa treatment and health treatments Ability to make guests feel relaxed and provide an immersive wellness experience
