Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point adjacent to Laguna Beach, this town played an iconic role in the emergence of California's surf culture and today is celebrated for its laid-back vibe and fun, active lifestyle.

The resort is perched on 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms, 115,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, and 8 food and Beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $16.50 per hour plus service charge and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

\n

The Spa Concierge is the first point of contact for guests at our luxury hotel's spa. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for our clients. The receptionist will handle all front desk duties, including greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\nGuest Services:\n\nWelcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.\nCheck guests in and out for spa appointments.\nProvide detailed information about spa services, treatments, and products.\nHandle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.\n\n\nAppointment Management:\n\nSchedule and confirm spa appointments.\nMaintain accurate records of bookings and client information.\nCoordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth operations.\n\n\nAdministrative Duties:\n\nAnswer phone calls and respond to emails.\nProcess payments and handle transactions.\nMaintain a clean and organized front desk area.\nAssist with inventory management and ordering supplies.\n\n\nSales and Marketing:\n\nPromote spa services, packages, and retail products.\nInform guests about current promotions and discounts.\nAssist with marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns.\n\n\nCustomer Experience:\n\nEnsure guests have a positive and memorable experience.\nGather feedback from clients to improve services.\nAddress and resolve any guest complaints or concerns.\n\n\n
