**Pay Rate: ** The pay rate for this role is $16\.50per hour plus service chargeand is based on applicable and specialized experience and location\.
**What will I be doing?**
The Spa Concierge is the first point of contact for guests at our luxury hotel's spa\. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for our clients\. The receptionist will handle all front desk duties, including greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors\.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Guest Services:**
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival\.
- Check guests in and out for spa appointments\.
- Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, and products\.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally\.
+ **Appointment Management:**
- Schedule and confirm spa appointments\.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client information\.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth operations\.
+ **Administrative Duties:**
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails\.
- Process payments and handle transactions\.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area\.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies\.
+ **Sales and Marketing:**
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products\.
- Inform guests about current promotions and discounts\.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns\.
+ **Customer Experience:**
- Ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience\.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve services\.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns\.
