Overview Role Purpose: The Spa Coordinator at our hotel spa is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the spa, providing guests with a luxurious and relaxing experience. This role includes managing customer service, scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the spa's cleanliness and organization. The Spa Coordinator also oversees staff management, develops promotional activities, and monitors budgets to ensure smooth daily operations. Spa Coordinator Summary: As a Spa Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional customer service to all spa guests, manage daily spa operations, and handle various administrative tasks. You will ensure the spa remains clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. Your responsibilities will include booking appointments, overseeing spa staff activities, and monitoring service performance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills. Spa Coordinator Duties: Plan and coordinate spa services and programs to ensure guest satisfaction. Develop and implement spa marketing and promotional strategies. Create and maintain comprehensive client profiles. Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively. Maintain spa inventory and order supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations. Monitor spa budgets and financial performance. Train, supervise, and support spa staff to maintain high service standards. Spa Coordinator Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Superior customer service skills.
