Overview Knowledgeable about all Spa service treatments offered, seasonal treatment promotions Understand the basics of the spa menu and products to communicate knowledgeably with guests Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to maintain the facility and prepare for daily operations and special events Having excellent working knowledge of all positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures within the spa/nail salon Assist Members/Guests with use of sauna and steam rooms To execute the standard of the Spa in the set-up of amenities and decor Responsible for the upkeep of the gentleman spa locker rooms and the replenishment of items available to guests utilizing the spa locker rooms Educates guests about individual skin care needs Positive attitude, service passion, & attention to detail Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a must Spa Coordinator Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
