The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and provide exceptional service to our internal and external guests. The Spa Esthetician will provide a variety of facial modalities for our guests as listed in the Spa Menu. Job Description Summary: Perform all facial services to standards of excellence Have in-depth knowledge of all skin and body care products and treatment protocols offered at Grand View Spa Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spa services, products, and procedures Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Spa Director Available to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit Must possess excellent communication and listening skills in English, both written and verbal. Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written. Must be flexible on working days, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in compliance with Pyramid Appearance Standards. Must be professional and friendly in demeanor. Must always ensure a teamwork environment. Must be able to think proactively. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must have a minimum of two-year luxury Spa experience. Knowledge of Eminence, Skin Authority skincare lines and HydraFacial a strong plus.
