The Spa and Fitness Attendant at The Belgrove plays a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and rejuvenating wellness experience. This multifaceted position is responsible for welcoming guests with warmth, maintaining cleanliness and organization across the spa and fitness areas, and providing support to both facilities. As an integral part of our wellness team, the Spa and Fitness Attendant upholds the highest standards of cleanliness, guest service, and safety. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests as they arrive and depart from the spa and fitness facilities, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of all areas, including treatment rooms, lounges, locker rooms, nail salon, fitness spaces, and showers, adhering to strict hygiene protocols. Assist with the restocking of linens, towels, and other spa and fitness supplies, maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Monitor the safety and security of the spa and fitness areas, granting access only to authorized guests. Communicate effectively with the spa leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction. Report maintenance needs or damaged equipment promptly to the management team. Support food safety standards in spa lounges, and assist with the preparation and restocking of refreshments. Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment, ensuring complete guest satisfaction and upholding the luxury standards of The Belgrove. Qualifications Previous experience in a luxury property Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication abilities and a genuine passion for guest service. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively. Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, guest-facing role. Previous experience in a hospitality or wellness environment is preferred. Physical ability to lift and manage spa/fitness inventory (up to 25 lbs). Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning products and a commitment to maintaining a sanitary environment.
