Spa & Fitness Manager - Park Hyatt Phu Quoc

Manages and ensures the smooth and efficient running of Spa Fitness department within the Rooms Division.

Plans and programmes all Spa Fitness activities.

Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.

Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Maximises employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.

Prepares budget forecasts and marketing plans in conjunction with the Director of Rooms.

Monitors all costs and recommends/institutes measures to control them in accordance with the annual budget.

Ensures that the Department's operational budget is in line and that all costs are strictly controlled.

Greets VIP guests and potential members personally as when necessary.

Minimum requirements

3 years of experience in the same position

Pre-opening experience is preferable

Luxury background in resort and urban city

Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
