About the location:

Occupying the top floors of a landmark 39-floor tower, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi seamlessly blends modern high-style design with classical Japanese elements. From tasteful event venues to dynamic dining and drinking spaces, the Hotel offers a unique experience that is distinctively Four Seasons. The Hotel boasts a prime location above Otemachi Station in Tokyo's prominent financial district, right next to the Imperial Palace. The SPA is a tranquil sky-high sanctuary, complete with water features: vitality pools, mist chairs, and traditional Japanese ofuro baths. Dining options range from est, a Michelin-starred contemporary French restaurant, to PIGNETO, which serves authentic Italian cuisine with an al fresco terrace. About the role
Welcoming and greeting clients warmly, and ensuring that they feel comfortable and have great spa experience on their visit by following Four Seasons standards and operational procedures.

What you will do

Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments.Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.Assist in other areas of the department as needed.Verify the attendant staff is present.Read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff.Operate the computer, copier, and credit card machines.Utilize the trace file, cashier sheets and handle the daily accounting based on hotel’s cashiering policy.Process outgoing mailProcess all charges.Set up and handle gift certificates.Requisition and stock office supplies for the desk.Copy and distribute materials.Provide assistance to guests and members about the retail merchandise.Utilize the telephones according to Four Seasons standards.Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.Reporting any malfunction or Engineering issue to the appropriate department.Handling and prioritizing daily logistics to aid daily operations.To provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guest’s expectations.Comply with the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety are executed.To comply with local legislation as required.To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs. To attend training and meetings as and when required.Perform any additional duties as assigned by the management.Control treatment’s booking efficiently to maximize the availability of bookings.Assist next booking of guests.Explain retail items to guests to achieve retail’s targets in reception.Promote membership program when it is required.

What you bring

High School education or equivalent experience

Preferred one to two years experience in hospitality industry or related position with Four Seasons or other organization

Schedule & Hours:

•     40 working hours per week. 

•     10 days off every month except February (9 days)
