Increase revenue and cash flow in both the short and long term. This is done by meeting consumer needs and desires through planning, managing, and co‑ordinating the spa membership sales operations. This includes formulating goals, policies, programmes and strategies for the facility's:
1) product offering, 2) membership sales, 3) price 4) membership programming 5) membership adherence
To co‑ordinate all in‑house and external promotion of all memberships and liase with Hotel Sales and Marketing in the promotion of all memberships to prospective clients.
Provide information and guidance to prospective members regarding spa and fitness facilities, programmes, membership procedures and prices. Responsible for the volume of facility memberships sold to remain on track with membership projections. Knowledgeable of all aspects of the facility for the enrolment of new members and membership retention. Serve as catalyst for all marketing and promotion of facility. Provide uncompromised attention to guest/member service.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 years work experience as Spa Manager. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
