About the role 

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a POSITION to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have remarkable talent and enthusiasm for sales and marketing, coupled with strategic foresight and a proven track record in both domains. As a key member of the Hotel Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic and operational decisions. 

 

What you will do 

Are you excited about delivering the best Spa experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Spa Manager will oversee staff including therapists, estheticians, attendants and receptionists. The Spa Manager is in charge of the day to day operation of our Spa in making sure all runs smoothly for guests and employees. The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Austin has three (3) treatment rooms with available treatments such as massages, facials, Hydrafacials, and body treatments.

 

What you bring 

College degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or Business Administration preferred.Minimum of fives years' experience in luxury Spa or related field.Previous experience with Spa retail preferred Strong communication skillsAbility to be a quick problem solverWork authorization in the United States
