About the role:
As the Spa Manager at the prestigious Park Hyatt Auckland, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's luxury spa facility. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Auckland CBD. Substantial experience (3 years) in a similar spa management role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort settingProven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer serviceExcellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing teamStrong business acumen and financial management skillsIn-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry best practicesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work a rotating rosterRelevant qualifications in spa/beauty management or a related fieldApplicant must have valid working rights in New Zealand
