With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as our backdrop, Signia by Hilton Atlanta holds a 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets! Our 7+ team members will report to the Spa Manager. Our Spa Signia, which is opened 5 days a week, 11AM-7PM has 6 treatment rooms.

The ideal candidate holds 2+ years in the Spa industry within management! Strong financial acumen and proven ability to lead a team. Availability to work varying shifts.

Shift Pattern: Full Time Availability (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed) (AM/MID/PM)

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Spa Manager, you would be responsible for managing and administering the activities and services of all Spa-related operations (i.e. Spa, Fitness Center, Salon, etc.) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nManage and administer all Spa operations to include, but not limited to, guest service, product quality and innovation, merchandising and marketing/revenue generation, inventory management and cost controls, systems use and management, budget and forecasting, report generation, department management and meeting participation and facilitation\nDevelop and implement spa menus and marketing strategies\nEnsure spa cleanliness and maintain and ensure the functionality of spa equipment\nMonitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly\nMonitor team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations, providing professional development and delivering recognition and reward\nRecruit, interview and train team members\nParticipate in and lead meetings\n
