Job Description

Elysia Wellness Retreat are looking for a Spa Receptionist who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join the team on a part time basis. 

You have the important job of guiding guests through their visit, from smooth check-ins, to ensuring their comfort throughout their visit, you will be remembered for your superb customer service and positive energy.

QualificationsPrevious experience in a spa or resort highly regarded Customer service experience essential    Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitudeThe ability to successfully provide a high level of customer satisfactionProfessional presentation essentialAvailability to work a variety of shifts Monday-Sunday, 7am-7pm , including weekends and public holidays
