The Opportunity:  

We are seeking a Spa Receptionist, an exciting opportunity to be part of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville! 

 

This individual will provide the highest level of customer service to ensure a smooth welcome and departure for all guests as well as maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout combined Spa and Fitness areas. Spa Receptionists respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort. They provide the best recommendations and customized experiences while following all Four Seasons standards and policies. 

 

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): 

Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; complaint resolution and assistance with spa-related guest inquiries 

Assist guests at the Spa Reception Desk with booking treatments, checking in and out of treatments, gift cards, and retail items. Assist guest to their Spa service appointments. 

Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort. 

Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors including assisting other staff with set-up and breakdown of their respective treatment areas when needed. 

Enforce Spa and Fitness rules and regulations for all adult and junior guests.  

Appropriately utilize reservation systems, maintenance records, and Guest Experience database as vehicles of communication to ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided in the Spa and Fitness areas.   

Ability to accurately complete transactions, handle cash and cash banks.   

The ability to set up, utilize, operate and clean/properly sanitize all Spa and Fitness areas.   

Ensure compliance of daily, and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all Spa and Fitness areas are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high-quality presentation and repair of all equipment.   

Properly manage and stock retail offerings including inventory processes and communication of product needs.  

 

Preferred Qualifications and Skills: 

High School education or equivalent experience 

CPR, First Aid Certified preferred 

At least one year of experience in luxury hospitality environment preferred

Knowledge of Nashville and surrounding areas highly desirable, however not required  

Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings 

Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment.  

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests.  

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.  

Outgoing personality and at ease with customers.
