Overview Overview: The Elms Hotel & Spa is seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Part-Time Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless spa experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check-in spa guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and emails, assisting guests with spa reservations, inquiries, and service offerings Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate and timely bookings Maintain an organized and efficient front desk, including handling guest check-outs and payments Provide guests with information about spa services, products, and promotions Ensure the spa reception area is clean, inviting, and well-stocked with necessary materials Assist with retail sales, including recommending spa products and completing transactions Ensure guest preferences and requests are accurately noted in the booking system Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, escalating issues as needed Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene standards within the spa environment Schedule: Flexible, Weekend Availability Required Qualifications Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent guest service Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor Basic computer skills and experience with booking systems or scheduling software Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed A passion for wellness and a positive attitude
