Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms, cottages and villas with 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.

\n\n\nShift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
\n\n\nPay Rate: The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $20.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As a Spa Receptionist, you are responsible for greeting and assisting clients to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Spa Receptionist will also be required to manage customer feedback and be an effective salesperson. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\nAssist guests and clients in an appropriate and timely manner\n\n\n
\n\n\nManage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services\n\n\n
\n\n\nEnsure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards\n\n\n
\n\n\nAdhere to cash handling procedures\n\n\n
\n\n\nInteract and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team\n\n\n
\n\n\nUp-sell with latest departmental incentives\n\n\n
\n\n\nReport accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents\nEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations\n\n
