Spa Receptionist (ON CALL) - Aria

THE JOB: 

As a Spa Receptionist at Aria, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our valued guests.  Your role will involve managing appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors.  You will play a crucial part in creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere that reflects the high standards of our spa creating WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $15.00 / Per Hour + Commission 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere from their arrivalPhone Management: Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate staff or departmentEmail Correspondence: Handle general email inquiries from guests and staff promptly and professionallyScheduling: Arrange conference calls and meetings for office staff as neededOffice Equipment: Maintain office equipment, coordinate repairs, and ensure everything is in working orderCollaboration: Work closely with functional departments to support their needs and ensure smooth operationsReception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting for all guestsIssue Reporting: Notify management of any guest concerns, and report on supply or equipment needs

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

18 years of age or olderMust currently hold or be able to obtain a Food Handler’s cardMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Previous experience in a similar luxury spa or salon settingOne (1) year of previous guest services experience in a similar resort settingExcellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detailExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersCapable of standing and walking for a majority of the shiftAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
