Key Responsibilities: + Assist the Spa Manager in supervising the spa reception team, ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience for all guests. + Oversee appointment scheduling, guest inquiries, and point-of-sale transactions to maintain seamless operations. + Train, mentor, and support the reception team, ensuring consistency in customer service excellence. + Maintain and organize reception records, schedules, and inventory. + Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction. + Collaborate with the Spa Manager to implement operational improvements and meet department goals. + Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance efficiency and morale. + Performs other duties assigned by the Spa Manager. Skills & Requirements: + Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality or a similar setting. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. + Proficiency with scheduling software and point-of-sale systems (training provided). + Positive and team-oriented attitude with a commitment to guest service excellence. + Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Demands: + Prolonged periods of standing and working on a computer. + Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
