THE JOB:

As a Spa Receptionist at Bellagio, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their  unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far  beyond their stay with us. 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectationsFollow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policiesProvide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clientsCreate exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software systemPromote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Ability to work varied shifts, to include  weekends and holiday.2+ Years of Prior Relevant Spa Receptionist experience.Experience in retail.Experience in a similar luxury spa or salon setting.
