Spa Sales Manager

About the Role:

As an Spa Sales Manager, you will be assisting in all aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also have the opportunity to develop a team of guest service associates and wax specialists and help them achieve their personal best. 

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to solve interesting challenges and bring new ideas to the table to continually offer guests a world-class experience. Plus, you’ll enjoy a highly competitive salary with generous bonus potential (up to $12,000 a year)! 


A Day in the Life:

Ensure an experience that exceeds guest expectations each and every visitInterview, hire and develop an all-star team of professionals who are passionate about our brand and continually achieve service and sales goalsWork side-by-side with the district manager to take smart risks and identify value adds for our guestsClearly communicate business goals, contests and performance expectations to all team membersLead and inspire by example in all interactions with guests and team membersSubmit payroll and other operating reports as well as follow-up on store activitiesMaintain brand visual and cleanliness standardsManage and adjust schedules to meet business goalsMinimize loss by following loss prevention best practices

Required Experience:

1 year of previous management experience preferably in a specialty store or multi-service environmentConfident and positive with excellent communication skillsAnalytical and detail-orientedHave a reliable means of transportationPrevious EWC, Massage Envy and/or Zenoti Software experience a plus
