**Position Summary**
Join our team as a **Spa Service Expert** - **Hair & Beauty Stylist** , where you will play a key role in creating a memorable and luxurious spa experience for our guests. Whether providing hair styling, treatments, or beauty services, you will contribute to a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. You will also assist with promoting spa services and retail products, scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and ensuring smooth payment transactions—all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide expert hair and beauty services tailored to guests’ needs.
+ Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
+ Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless guest interactions.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety and hygiene protocols.
+ Assist with guest inquiries, check-ins, and payments to ensure a smooth experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
+ Experience in hair styling, beauty treatments, or a related field is a must
+ Strong communication and customer service skills.
