The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

·         Stock and maintain guest amenities and linen

·         Assist guests in the correct use of the facilities

·         Orient guests to all amenities offered in a professional and kind manner following gest

·         Maintain and actively monitor the activity and well-being of guests

·         Transport used linens to laundry facilities

·         Assist guests within Juice Bar

·         Accept responsibility for cash drawer and ensure it balances at close of shift.

·         Responsible for selling and preparing drinks and pastries in Juice Bar adjacent to spa facilities.

·         Ensure juice bar is thoroughly cleaned and maintained

·         Report any linen shortages or other discrepancies to Manager on Duty

·         Move, store, and stock all furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed

·         Respond to inquiries providing complete details of the spa, salon, and fitness areas

·         Ensure the smooth operation of the spa, juice bar, and fitness center.  complete all shift duties, as necessary.

·         Ensure

·         Respond to guest requests, complaints, and inquires in a professional and courteous and prompt manner

·         Attend all scheduled spa departmental meetings

·         Remove trash from work areas to the designated areas

·         Maintain general and detailed cleanliness through facilities

·         Maintain and restock of all guest refreshments and juice bar

·         Maintain and restock fitness center

·         Adhere to AAA standards and policies.

·         Must adhere to all grooming standard as outlined by leadership

1+ years’ experience in a guest facing role Must maintain a valid food handlers’ card Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Must have flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate. High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to acquire and maintain an appropriate gaming license. 

Team members must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

·         First aid/ AED certification preferred

·         Food Handler’s card preferred
